  1. Product Orders
    All orders must be confirmed in writing with detailed specifications. Once the production begins, changes or cancellations may not be accepted.

  2. Custom Orders
    Customized products are produced according to client specifications. LIFA International is not responsible for errors in customer-submitted designs or sizing.

  3. Payment Terms
    A deposit (usually 30-50%) is required to initiate production, with the balance payable prior to shipment. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer and other agreed-upon options.

  4. Lead Time & Delivery
    Production and delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on order size, design complexity, and material availability. LIFA International will not be held liable for delays caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our control.

  5. Intellectual Property
    Clients retain rights to their own logos and designs. LIFA International may use samples for portfolio or marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed.

  6. Limitation of Liability
    We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or delays in production or delivery.
