  2. Non-Refundable Items
    Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless proven faulty or mismatched with the approved sample.

  3. Return Process
    To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must provide clear evidence (photos, videos, or physical sample returns). Returns must be approved by our support team before dispatch.

  4. Shipping Costs
    Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
